Queen Bee. Alexander McQueen SS13

This is the biggest thing that has happened for the bee image since that animation movie that came out a few years ago. Sarah Burton gave us all access into her beehive - naturally it was amazing.

The emphasis was on the bust and waist: McQueen signatures. A screen in the background and a beehive-like floor marked a return to the late designer's show aesthetic. Sarah Burton has already proved herself to be a genious dressmaker, and now she's expanding her horizons to presentation as well.

You probably saw this coming, but fashion has found a new queen bee.

Sarah Burton Goes Bowie For Alexander McQueen Cruise 13

My latest obsession: the Alexander McQueen Cruise 2013 collection inspired by the 70s and David Bowe. It's Sarah Burton at her usual best. And this is the most wearable you're gonna get with McQueen.

You may drool now.

GOLD GOLD GOLD!

US VOGUE was kind enough to put a preview of one of their June issue editorials on their website. Country Strong features supermodel Karlie Kloss and some of the best male US Olympic athletes in what I think should go down as another VOGUE classic.

Styled by fashion director Tonne Goodman and photographed by Annie Leibovitz, here's the shoot that inspired my very awesome new header.

The Biggest Night In Fashion

When it comes to dressing up, The Met Ball is definitely the event that requires the most fashion IQ. Because unlike the Oscars or the Grammy's, this event is about fashion. This year, the exhibition being celebrated is called Schiaparelli and Prada: Impossible Conversations. Naturally some of the best outfits were Prada, and although I don't have a picture of Miuccia just yet, here are the best red carpet fashion moments to keep you occupied.

A Shoe In On AW12

This season there aren't any shoes with leather flames on the back, but lightning doesn't strike the same please twice either. AW12 has produced some seriously loud statement heels, many of which are so meticulously crafted you could simply display on your mantlepiece... But what would be the fun in that?

My relationship with womenswear shoes is doomed because I can never wear them. Of course, it never hurts to look. These are the shoes worth looking at.

These boots are made for matching. (your skirt).
