It was interesting to see Isabel Marant loosen up a little this season. Instead of the usual edgy pants and amazing boots, Marant is going to the beach.

Tropical and scarf prints appeared on short shorts and short dresses that really aren't for everyone, but they communicate the "I'm spending my summer by the coast, running through the waves and dancing the night away" message quite nicely.
