Before I fell into fashion, I used to go by the title of writer. Although I haven't written a script in quite some time, these celebrity/designer couple pictures from the Met Ball had me wishing I could add some dialogue to express these priceless facial expressions.
Well, I'm about to make my wish come true.
Sarah Jessica Parker: "I love that I can still pull off my Sex and the City promo face."
Valentino: "I'm so amped for some champagne later..."
David Neville: "How much closer are these photographers gonna come?"
Candice Swanepoel: "Daai bordjie daar bo is waaragtig in Afrikaans!"
Marcus Wainwright: "Yeeeeeah, this was such a bad idea."
Anja Rubik: "I'm still seriously pissed off about those bandits stealing half my dress."
Eddie Borgo: "That's life, my dear. Just deal."
Kate Mulleavy: "I realise I'm not wearing heels - I'm mortified."
Laura Mulleavy: "Stealing all Kate's heels - this is my most evil prank to date."
Kirsten Dunst: "I've got this whole 'best dressed' thing in the bag!"
Lazaro Hernandez: "In all my wisdom, I've decided maybe Isabel's look isn't quie formal enough for this event."
Isabel Lucas: "Too little too late, genious."
Jack McCollough: "Every year."
Thakoon: (through his teeth) "Just smile and pray Anna Wintour doesn't find out I made your dress.
Christina Ricci: (whispers back) "She knoooooows!"
Lana Del Rey: "Baby, you and I... We were born to die."
Joseph Altuzarra: "What?!"
Kristen Stewart: "I'm totally working this look."
Nicolas Ghesquière: "This is me smiling."
Emma Stone: "Can you believe it, Alber? It looks like we're the only happy ones here!"
Alber Elbaz: "I know. It's coz we're so cute!"
